I sincerely ask you to read and understand my situation. This is the first time in my life I have encountered a hotel like this. First of all, this is not a hotel—it’s some kind of brothel. I’m telling you honestly because I have never seen anything like this before. The people living here seem to be drug addicts. They smoke inside the building, inside the rooms. It is impossible to breathe. The building itself is located in a bad area, but the real problem is the kind of people who stay here. Secondly, the owner is extremely rude—extremely rude. I have never experienced such treatment before. Third, the doors in my room that lead outside do not lock. There is no lock at all, meaning the doors remain open all the time, and anyone could walk in at night. I am begging you—please look at the reviews from other people about this place. This hotel should not even be listed on your website. Your platform should only feature legitimate, safe hotels. This place is filthy, offers no amenities, and is completely unlivable. It is not safe. I urge you to remove this listing from your site so that this person can no longer make money from such a dangerous place.

Of the advantages, we can only note the closeness to the city center, convenient location. Normal access, there is an opportunity to leave a car. A beautiful rose bush at the entrance.

This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had, with not a single positive aspect to mention. I booked a 3-night stay, but on the first night, bed bugs appeared, so I chose not to stay for the remaining two nights. When I reported this to the staff, they insisted that no other rooms had reported this issue and refused to offer a refund. Despite my attempts to discuss a refund further, their responses eventually stopped. The property has both a main building and an annex, but unfortunately, bed bugs were present in both. This made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
